About Powell Creek

Powell Creek Animal Rescue & Sanctuary is an off-grid, 100% solar powered facility located on 30 acres in the scenic Sierra Nevada's above Lake Oroville in Butte County California. We are approximately 80 miles north of Sacramento California.

We are currently filing for our 501(c)(3) non-profit status. During this time your donations are still fully tax deductible under IRC 501(C)(3).
